  • Encourage civil and reasoned discourse about the issues of our day.<\/li><\/span><\/h6>\n

  • Encourage voters to make policy and how policy impacts the lives of people their primary interest. It is a travesty to reduce our vote to a personality contest, most especially when we live in an era when it is so easy to twist or fabricate a personality. The most trustworthy statement on the character of a politician is the policy he or she works to advance.<\/li><\/span><\/h6>\n

  • To be thankful for the consideration for others shown by those who voted based on how policy impacts people, near and far.<\/li><\/span><\/h6>\n

  • To consider who or what shapes our view of the character of a candidate and if the sources we use are trustworthy or biased sources in regard to that candidate?<\/li><\/span><\/h6>\n

  • To help the Christian consider how to vote in light of what Jesus claimed were the greatest commandments: \u201cLove the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second is, Love your neighbor as yourself.\u201d \u2013 Mark 12:30-31<\/li><\/span><\/h6>\n

  • To help those who have entirely or greatly limited their sources of information to anti-Trump sources to begin to consider other points of view and truly think about the good they can do and the harm they can prevent with their vote.<\/li><\/span><\/h6>\n

    \nLike any cult, there are levels to how deep the cult message becomes embedded in the mind of a cult member, with the highest level being, “Defeating Trump is the highest good, regardless of the methods used to eliminate Trump or any possible consequence to anyone.”<\/span><\/h6>\n\n
    \nIt is not coincidental that an alliance grew between Trump, RFK, Jr, Elon Musk and Tucker Carlson. That alliance is much like the Allied Alliance in WWII, where Russia and America allied to defeat and existential threat. These men know they have large differences. They will battle those out another day. But today they must rescue the ability to battle in the future from an existential threat and they are allied for that purpose.<\/span><\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
